Does Orb Player come with channels?

No. Orb Player is a media player and does not provide any content. You add the playlist you already have from your own provider: an M3U link, an Xtream Codes login or a Stalker portal.

How does the voice assistant work?

Press the mic on your remote (or tap the orb on a phone) and say what you want: a channel, a film, a match, or something like “turn the volume up”. Orb Player searches your own playlist and plays it. It understands normal speech, not just commands.

What does it cost?

How do I activate my TV?

Open Orb Player on the TV and scan the QR code with your phone. The assistant opens already linked to your TV; pick a plan and pay. The TV switches over by itself within a minute.

Where do I find my MAC and device key?

On the TV, open Orb Player. The MAC (like 3A:9F:21:C4:7B:E0) and the 6-digit key are under the QR code, and in Settings > This TV.

How do I install it?

It isn't on Google Play. On a TV or TV box, install the free Downloader app, allow it to install apps, open it and type the code 5589984 (or orbplayer.com/apk). On a phone or tablet, open orbplayer.com/apk in the browser and install the file.

Which devices are supported?

Android TV and Google TV, Fire TV, Android TV boxes, Android phones and tablets. One plan covers one device.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If Orb Player doesn't work on your TV, email [email protected] within 7 days of paying and you get a full refund.

Is my playlist safe?

Playlists live on your TV. If you add one here, it's encrypted on our server for that TV only and sent straight to it. We never share it.
